Step 1 | Free Inquiry and Evaluation

Please send your tax return information to us via Email/WeChat/SMS/Line.
Once we receive your complete information, we will provide a free assessment of your tax filing details and service fees.

Step 2 | Confirm price and make payment

Once the service fee is confirmed, payment can be made via Zelle, check, or WeChat transfer.
Once payment is received, the tax forms will be prepared, which usually takes 7 business days to complete.

Step 3 | Confirm Tax Form Information

Once the tax form is completed, we will verify it with you:

• Taxes payable or expected tax refund

• IRS automatic deduction schedule (if tax is payable)

Step 4 | Sign the tax filing authorization document

We will send the tax form and IRS authorization documents to your email address.
You only need to sign and confirm online.

Step 5 | Electronic filing (E-file)

Once everything is confirmed to be correct, we will submit it to the IRS (Internal Revenue Service) electronically.
You do not need to mail it yourself.

Step 6 | Tax and Refund Arrangements

• If you need to pay taxes: The IRS will automatically deduct the amount from the bank account you provided.

• If a tax refund is issued: the refund will be directly deposited into your bank account.

Step 7 | Data Backup and Archiving

We will provide a complete electronic tax return.
